Magnus T. Gayflor, Sr. | Foundation for Women Liberia Director and School Loan Manager
Magnus holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Liberia. He has held a variety of positions in human service and child welfare organizations in Monrovia before transitioning to the field of microfinance. Magnus received additional training in portfolio management and auditing at the School of Applied Microfinance in Mombasa, Kenya and in Kampala, Uganda. Magnus hails from Fassama Township in Belle District, Gbarpolu County.
He joined the Foundation for Women in a management role in December of 2015.

Anna K. Smith | Foundation for Women Manager, Finance & Micro-lending
Anna is a graduate of the University of Liberia where she received a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting. She joined the FFW team in 2010 and has served the mission of the organization in a variety of roles for the past decade, managing significant portfolio growth and supporting successful loan programming with women’s credit groups and individual borrowers. Anna is originally from Foya in Lofa County, Liberia. She is inspired by FFW’s work to support entrepreneurial women who do not have access to capital and support from traditional lenders.

Princess T.S. Quaye | Foundation for Women Manager, Administration
Princess graduated from the Stella Maris Polytechnic College in Monrovia with a Bachelor’s degree in Management. She joined FFW in January of 2018 as the Administration Manager and is currently a candidate for a Master’s in Public Administration (MPA) at Cuttington University Graduate School. She hails from Grandcess in Grand Kru County, Liberia.
Princess graduated from the Stella Maris Polytechnic College in Monrovia with a Bachelor’s degree in Management. Amelia Tamba | Foundation for Women Manager, Clinic Loan Program
Amelia Tamba is a valuable part of the Foundation for Women Liberia (FFWL) senior management team. She joined the FFWL in 2012 as a Loan Monitor and served in other capacities before she was promoted and transferred to the Housing Loan Department as Housing Loan Manager in 2019.
Currently, Amelia supervises the Clinic Loan Program where she has performed remarkably well.
Amelia has been working with Habitat for Humanity International in setting up the Market Survey and Pilot Testing for the new Housing Loan Program since its inception. Amelia worked with the then Liberia premier microfinance institution, the Local Enterprise Assistance Program (LEAP) from 2005-2012 again in different capacities ranging for Loan Officer to Finance Assistant. Amelia Tamba holds a Bachelor Degree in accounting from the University of Liberia.

J. Morris Tamba | Foundation for Women Data Analyst
Morris holds a degree in Accounting & Public Administration from the University of Liberia. He has trained in data analytics and financial management and brings a range of professional experiences in the private and nonprofit sector to his role with the Foundation for Women. Morris hails from Sordu Town in Lofa County, Liberia. He joined the FFW team in March of 2016.

Cory Bridges | Foundation for Women Office Manager
Cory Bridges came to the Foundation for Women as an intern in 2010. Cory helps and supports the rest of the staff in day to day operations as the office manager. She previously worked for a diamond company and has experience as an Executive Assistant. She graduated with a degree in Women Studies from San Diego State University and has brought her passion for women and girls issues to her work.
