We are dedicated to eliminating global poverty by providing microcredit loans for women, and are now ramping up our efforts in San Diego.  We have launched a new fundraising campaign called $5 for 5, in which you send a text to donate $5 to the Foundation for Women.  Why $5?  Because 5 women create a microcredit group.  5 women together create 5 businesses.  At least 5 children are able to go school.  $5 changes the statistics of poverty and redefines philanthropy.
