NEW! Parties With A Purpose
Would you like to help Foundation for Women? Please consider having a "Party with a Purpose"!
You (and maybe a friend or two) would host a gathering at your house with the stated purpose of funding a village bank. Invite all your friends who might be interested in our mission to a casual get-together and help us spread the word!
The Purpose: Fund a specific village bank ($15,000) either at the event or through future memberships/donations. This is just a goal!
The Party:
-Afternoon or evening event, with multiple members co-hosting to increase guest list.

Light hors d'oeuvres and beverages to be served.

Invitations should be mailed to 60 people with the goal of attracting 30-40 guests.

Each event will have a guest speaker and/or entertainment.
- A typical party will last 1.5 - 2 hours.
FFW provides:
- FFW will arrange for the dignitary and/or entertainment.
- Deborah Lindholm to attend each party as well as other FFW members as requested.
- Pam Mudd and Michelle Muscat will help you plan and attend your party to assist you in any way you need.
- Press kit folders for your guests, which will include: FFW information sheet with information on micro credit in general, a membership form, the current newsletter, and a pledge card.
- Party kits (click here to download) will be provided to each hostess, which will include:
- A sample invitation
- FFW information sheet and a brief history and description of micro-credit.
- Hostess check-list with timeline and tips for a successful party.
- Guest sign-in sheet

FFW is a volunteer organization. Our mission it not only to give, but also to give back.
